Check here from time to time to learn new information about Meadowbrook and our battle against the county's redevelopment plans for our community.

We Win!

The California State Supreme Court declared the state's Redevelopment Agencies to be unconstitutional under our state Constitution.

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors didn't listen to our opposition to Meadowbrook becoming a Redevelopment Area, but now they will have to dissolve the agency.

Special Notice to Meadowbrook Residents

Do you live in Meadowbrook or Perris?  Because of having a Perris ZIP Code (92570), some newer Meadowbrook residents don't realize they live in Meadowbrook.  Meadowbrook no longer has a Post Office of our own, so our mail goes through the City of Perris.  Some newer residents think that because they write "Perris, CA 92570" as their address, that they live in Perris.  This isn't necessarily true.  There are many unincorporated areas that use the Perris address and 92570 ZIP Code, such as the communities of Meadowbrook and Good Hope.  Meadowbrook is outside of the Perris city limits, in Unincorporated Riverside County.  Check any map to see the actual Perris and Lake Elsinore city limits to be aware of your location outside of these two cities.
